The free offer includes Club Premium suites only. You are responsible for your airfare and the resort’s standard per diem (all inclusive) rate for food, drink and other resort activities. Since room costs are typically 35%-40% of an all-inclusive vacation, you are saving significant money for a first class vacation at a 5-star resort. All we need from you to start the process is your contact information — name, email and phone number. After we receive your contact information, we will pass that on to the resort’s reservation team.
The resort will contact you directly to discuss the available room options and answer any questions you might have. You can book multiple Club Premium Suites (different options if you need) and travel with friends and family.
If you decide to book the vacation, the transaction will be between you and the resort. You will have a direct relationship with the resort. All financial transactions are between you and the resort.
In all transparency, we earn loyalty points when someone books a suite under our membership. But we make no money on the transacation.
A question we often get is “do we have to sit through a time share presentation”? First this is not a time share, it’s a vacation club. But more important is you are not obligated to go to any presentation. The resort will probably offer incentives if you are interested in sitting through the presentation. This could include free massages in the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Spa and Hydrotherapy and other perks. But again, there is no obligation for you to do anything except enjoy your vacation.
