Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Spa and Hydrotherapy

The Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Spa & Hydrotherapy is one of the most extensive spa and hydrotherapy centers on Mexico’s Caribbean coast. The facility combines contemporary wellness practices with Mayan-inspired elements.

The spa is organized around a hydrotherapy circuit designed as a progressive thermal journey. Move through a series of water-based experiences that stimulates circulation, relaxes muscles, and promotes overall balance. The circuit includes pressure showers, whirlpools, bubble beds, waterfalls for neck and back, and alternating hot and cold plunge pools.

The spa also offers a range of massages, body treatments, and facials. The combination of hydrotherapy, traditional rituals, and professional spa treatments makes it a versatile wellness space suitable for relaxation, recovery, or simply a break from sun and sand.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Spa

The spa offers a wide variety of treatments

  • Massages (sports, relaxing, hot stones, Swedish)
  • Body wraps (exfoliation and detoxifying rituals),
  • Facials
  • Couple’s therapies,
  • Specialized rituals influenced by Mayan traditions.

For example, one rejuvenation ritual for couples begins with the steam suite, then exfoliation, a shared hydro-bath with lavender and rosemary salts, followed by a body wrap with cacao and a modelling massage.

With dedicated couples’ treatment rooms and rituals tailored for two, it’s ideal for romantic getaways as well as solo indulgence.

Hydrotherapy

Key features of the hydrotherapy circuit include:

  • Outdoor pools with currents, underwater jets for the legs and feet, pressure-waterfalls for neck and upper back relief.
  • A “wet area” with sauna, Turkish bath (hammam), scented steam rooms, a pediluvium (foot-massage stone walkway) and “sensation showers” and an ice fountain.
  • Relaxation zones with water beds, chromotherapy rooms (rooms with light/colour therapy), and a temazcal (a traditional Mayan steam-ritual chamber).

Note: As a guest under our membership you can use the hydrotherapy every day at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya without any additional costs.
